It's a boy - and another one! - and a girl!!!

On 18 Jan 2001, Mindy gave birth to William (10:45am), Thomas (10:47am), and Katherine (10:48am). The babies were delivered by c-section by Miss Hamid (surgeon) and Miss Harriet (anaesthetist), to a throng of people in the operating theatre; 21 people including Mindy and me! Mom and babies are all doing fine.

Here are their weights and Apgar scores:

The babies are now in special care and are all doing very well. Katherine was a bit 'mucus-ey' and so had a bit of oxygen for an hour or two, but is now breathing air.
Both Katherine and William are building up their strength on an intravenous feed, whilst Thomas (aka Butch) is straight on the milk with an hourly feed (of about 6ml!)
